“As We Sow, So We Reap”
One gold thread binds two schools across the world. Old Marians of St. Mary's College and Old Vidyalions of Kegalu Vidyalaya, wherever you are — this is your association.
Every year the two schools of Kegalle meet in the Battle of the Gold — a three-day test match and a one-day game. Off the field, their alumni share one gold thread. This association carries what the two schools hold in common, while honouring what makes each distinct.

“Non Sibi Sed Patriae — Not for Self but for Country”
Membership is open to every former student of both schools. Your tier depends on the Constitution.
Our members are spread across six Constitution regions. Each pin is a country, sized by how many members call it home.
From scholarships to reunions, the association runs programmes that give back to both schools and their people.
Our programmes are being prepared and will appear here soon.
No news yet — check back soon for updates from the committee.
Every contribution funds scholarships, school projects, and the work that keeps our global community together. Donations are made by bank deposit and verified by the committee.
Photographs from the Battle of the Gold and our reunions will be shared here.
The association is led by an eight-office Executive Committee, elected by Financial Members every two years.
The Executive Committee will be published here after the next election.
